Quick Wherever Workout

Need a quick, easy and effective workout that you can do anywhere?

Here you go! This is a total body cardio/strengthening workout that is effective with or without weights. You’ll work your body from top to bottom and it’s easy to do at home, in your hotel room or nearly anywhere on the go.

New to fitness? You can do this workout. Just cut the reps/sets in half and build your way up to doing the full workout.

Look, we all started somewhere. We all fell off the exercise wagon a few times. The important thing is that we all get back up, dust ourselves off and get back into it!

Have fun with it, find a buddy, get your kids involved. It seems less like exercise when you’re having fun!

Quick Wherever Workout

Do this 3 times:

  • 10 push-ups
  • 20 sit-ups
  • 25 squats
  • 20 lunges (per leg)
  • 80 jumping jacks
  • 60-second wall sit*

(*For those of you who are not as familiar with wall sits: Stand with your back to a wall, bend your knees and slide down until your knees are bent to a 90 degree angle with your ankles stacked directly below your knees. Hold.)
